⚠️ 30-Minute Inspection Rule
Strict Policy: We have a 30-minute return/refund window. You must check your items immediately upon delivery.
Important: You cannot contest missing or damaged items after the 30-minute period has passed. Accepting goods from our riders means you have verified the order is complete.
Note: Sea shells are placed at the bottom of plastic bags to protect the fish. Please inspect the box thoroughly.
How to Start a Request
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it (seafood items do not need to be physically returned). Contact us immediately:

Items sent back without a formal request will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Beef and Coffee products.
- Sale items or Gift Cards.
- Items where the 30-minute window has expired.
- Cancellations: A 0-5% bank processing fee applies to cancellations without valid reason.
Refund Restrictions
You CANNOT ask for a refund based on:
- Gender preferences (It depends on the "Catch of the day").
- Arrival as "Fresh" instead of "Live".
- Personal taste preferences or size dislikes.
- Mistakenly ordered products.
Catch of the Day Disclaimer
Gender & Size: Specific gender cannot be picked. Availability depends on the actual catch. Since we do not stock seafood, your total invoice may change slightly (+/-) based on actual weight (Pricing is per kilo).
Substitutions: If half-shell scallops are unavailable, we will ship full-shell scallops with extra weight (e.g., 1.2kg) at no extra charge.
⚠️ Sea Shell Safety
Must be consumed within the day of delivery.
- Refrigeration: Store at 32°F (0°C) or lower in an airtight container.
- Liability: Once delivered, proper handling is your responsibility. AMJ SEAFOODS is not liable for spoilage if guidelines are not followed.
